I love capturing sunrise, sunset & twilight scenes around my hometown of Hartlepool & the North-East. My interest in photography began nearly 40-years ago when I first picked-up a SLR film camera. That interest led me to earn professional qualifications in television & video production, specialising in non-broadcast television camerawork (a close relative to photography) and also video editing. Photography remained a hobby throughout the 1990s and beyond, as I shifted my career into further education.
I enjoy capturing photos of my local environment, and with so many changes over time, I think keeping these images for posterity is important and fascinating.

Landscape Photography
My landscape collection continues to grow. Selected images arrive rolled, directly from the print lab to the customer, though a professional print framing option is available upon request.

Commercial Photography
From 2006, I worked for three years as a self-employed commercial event & wedding videographer. I produced popular wedding films throughout the North-East with a number of commercial video projects for organisations of all sizes, including Asda Stores and Gentoo, and I gained my first paid photography assignments.
