I have built a career in the Further Education sector, where I support young people on their career journeys. Alongside this, I pursue my passion for landscape photography in North-East England and the Lake District, drawing on years of experience in what first began as a hobby nearly 40 years ago.
My favourite landscape photographs from my collection showcase a bold, vibrant, dynamic, and most often an uplifting style, while also maintaining a realistic and natural feel—something my customers appreciate. Many share amazing feedback and place repeat orders, which I deeply value.
I have a stunning collection of landscape images that I hope you’ll love, too. I shoot using ultra-high-definition photography equipment, including Sony Alpha Mirrorless cameras and professional lenses. Since earning professional qualifications in broadcast production and cinematography in the early 1990s, my passion for stills photography has steadily grown.
I’m proud to offer my Gallery-Grade inkjet prints, designed to meet stringent archival standards. I take great pride in ensuring they stand the test of time. When framed in a suitable location, these prints can bring joy for several decades. They are museum grade, coated for longevity, and feature much needed industry-leading UV protection varnish added by myself to prevent colour bleaching. Additionally, they are printed on cotton-based stock for sustainability, with colours and nuances that are exceptionally detailed and immersive.
I also offer Traditional Lustre prints, which my customers consistently praise for their quality, beauty and great value. Many of my social media prints are the ‘Traditional’ variety. They feature a semi-gloss ‘lustre’ coating that resists finger marks more effectively than many other glossy prints, while still maintaining a great balance of value and image quality.

What Do I Offer?
Landscape Photography
I am deeply passionate about the outdoors, especially trekking along the seaside, through forests, across hills and mountains in North East England, North Yorkshire, and the English Lake District in Cumbria. My hometown favourite is Hartlepool, where I have captured hundreds of high-quality images of the Hartlepool Headland alone. Only a small portion of these are currently stored on my web servers, but I plan to reintroduce some to my socials and website. I do enjoy sharing my work with others, especially those who appreciate my style of photography.

Event Photography, Commercial Photography, and Training
From 2006, I worked full-time for nearly four years as a fully qualified commercial event and wedding videographer and photographer throughout North-East England. During this time, I produced highlight wedding films and commercial video projects for organisations of all sizes, including Asda and Gentoo.
Since 2010 I have continued to support private clients when time allows, capturing their most important occasions with care & professionalism. I built a strong reputation for quality, creativity, teamwork, project management & reliability.
My experience over twenty plus years laid the foundation for my broader expertise in capturing meaningful moments across various settings, from portraits to landscapes, video and photo.
